Don't delete quote characters when keeping open paren

In cases where lispyville does not delete open parens, it should not delete quote characters before open parens (based on lispy...preceding-syntax-alist). This may be somewhat complicated to implement and might be better done as part of the lispy safe deletion commands.

A good example of this is C-u (delete back to indentation).
