Motivation

New Features:

1. Split layout with Pinned Apps (left) |Apps in Workspaces (middle) | Auto Hide Toggle (right)
2. Middle-clicking running apps closes them.
3. Move Pinned apps with right click menu.

Additional Notes

Bug: When restarting os or login then pinned apps icons do not show. To fix pin a new app, it shows the old one correctly then
