Feature Description

1. Add a toggle that shows the application title in the taskbar when enabled.
2. Set the maximum length for title. (Optional)

Why Is This Needed?

Some users prefer to see application titles in the taskbar for easier identification and switching between applications. This feature can improve user experience, especially when multiple windows of the same application are open simultaneously. Additionally, setting a maximum title length prevents the taskbar from becoming too crowded.
