https://github.com/psi4j/sunsetr as a supported alternative for wlsunset for the NightLight feature

This is on hold until the developer figures why the fading animation is laggy on Niri.

Well since there still isn't any progress made by the sunsetr dev it seems (nor upstream) I'll close this one as not planned, if the dev ever manages to fix it, we can reconsider it. See: https://github.com/psi4j/sunsetr/issues/21#issuecomment-3322035334
