🐛 Bug: Upload file via forms doesn't work properly

Steps to reproduce ?
Upload file via FORM and see json details of attached files. Below I show example of JSON detail for .pdf ploaded via regular grid vs form.
Desired Behavior
Should wor as in previous relases.

@dawidszpilewski couldn't reproduce issue locally. could you try again on latest release? please try using same file for both kind of uploads to rule out comparison difference between two scenarios. you can ping DM me on discord if you can reproduce (discord: dstala)

Is this bug confirmed ot more clarification needed? Or maybe this is only problem in my NocoDB?
I'm on 0.109.4 and couldn't reproduce the issue. Can you try creating a new table and a new view to see if the issue still exists?
Thank you, before test I have updated to 0.109.4. Creating new table works with attachments. I have also duplicated existing Table for tests, that one didn't work. Moreover my most important "old" Table has crashed. I have done some tests and now cannot delete rows and do anything. Have there 130 records with attachments. I don't know if it is fixable - let me know. If not I need to start from scratch which is hours od work. Not sure then if NocoDB is not too risky for production purposes. Please let me know if I can do anything. I attach movie to show what is going on now

Little update - I have Duplicated again and on Duplicated table I can work as previously. Attachments from Share View still don't work on Duplicated table. They work on new table that has been done from scratch. Is there any idea to fix it on existing table?

Raju, thank you for message. Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I have created new Database and still have to add attachments via Grid. Please see below how the information about attachement differ beatween file uploaded via Form (described as Test) and via Grid (both below Test)
For "Test "also icon of document doesn;t show it is pdf file.
I work on this database almost every day hoping that will be fixed some time. But I have no Idea why in my instace is such problem, I have check on Cloud version of nocoDB and it works properly. I need to add that couple of versions before it worked properly, but don't remember which was it.

I have one old Project on nocoDB version 0.107.5. I've just have done test and attachments work as they should via Form.
Fix https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb/pull/7177 should sort this out. if issue still persists in 0.204.0, please reopen this thread
I have upgraded to version 0.204.0 and still doesn't work. I have 2 different dockers connected to externas postgresql, as I told before on version 0.107.5 worked perfectly. Unfortunately I have also upgraded that one, so now it doesn't work on both. Below I show difference in paths for pdf files uploaded via Form and via Grid.
