[Feature] Allow editing of the db credentials for a project which is on external db

In new UI version, there is no way for the user to edit db credentials.

User should be able to do so by going here

• [ ] Team & Settings > Project Metadata > DB Credentials
• [ ] User should not be able to change the database type.
• [ ] And we should have a warning, it is left to user's own risk to do this cause if they point to wrong database. Things wont work as the metadb information will be totally out of sync.
