Heroku 1-click not working

The Postgres free plan is no longer available and makes the deployment fail.

I made a workaround and was able to deploy it to Heroku. And then, I also made PR #17 to fix it.

But my workaround is a bit different, actually deployed one is https://github.com/konyu/nocodb-seed-heroku/tree/main. The difference is repository param in app.js
