Ref #155, #156: automatically jump to the new section when watch reloads the buffer.
This should be the behaviour by default, unless scrolled at all, and a hotkey ideally to jump back to the current section. It might have been done already, but I'm not too sure about how to implement it in my config right now.

When watch mode is enabled, ov automatically follows the section according to the follow-section mode. With follow-section enabled, ov will jump to the start of the section that was most recently output by watch. If you turn off follow-section mode, watch mode will continue to reload the buffer, but the view will not automatically move to the new section. By default, you can toggle follow-section mode on or off by pressing the F2 key.
