Stripping title but maintaining the highlight
I mainly transclude org roam nodes, which have consistent style.
Right now, my nodes look like this:

I have gotten it to look like this by stripping the #+title:

But it seems getting the title to be bold (in the style of #+title, teal in my case) is harder than this. How would I go about that, should I look in the org-transclusion mode?

I think it should be as simple as customizing face org-document-title. Your theme seems to be already applying the bold weight to it, though.
It's really really the topic for face customization and themes -- e.g. you can evaluate this:
(info "(Emacs)Face Customization")
I usually just use customize-face or list-faces-display, and do what I want to do.
okay, now I guess I have finally understood what you would like to achieve.
Consider using prettify-symbols-alist . Here is an inspiration from Reddit. You can hide “#+title: “ while keeping its value
with its face still applied.
