Ah, no user option(s) exists at the moment. Let me try to patch this… For now, I think you could change faces `org-transclusion-source-fringe` and `org-transclusion-fringe` to make the fringe invisible....
I don’t plan to put it in the code base. But there is an easy way to customise it. See #160.
