Resizing width causes 100% CPU usage on Windows XP

I have found quite a serious bug in the Windows version of Dreampie 1.2.1 (py2.6) where if you attempt to resize the width of the application it essentially locks-up Windows until the application eventually releases the CPU.

There are no issues resizing the height or moving the slitter bar and also maximize is fine.
