upload and crop buttons without text if width < 768

As the subject say, the text of upload and crop buttons disappear if the width is 767 or lower (I'm using Chromium 62.0.3202.89 on Linux).

Also the crop and cancel buttons in the crop page have the same problem.

This was because font awesome css was added for the modal but not in the view using ?r=imagemanager, why not add font awesome as an asset? see https://github.com/xenogenesi/yii2-image-manager/commit/2d0d5c2db0511508f6f5981b6818228e93c60ccc
