Keep downloaded portion if connection drops

Hello again N4O!

I have a suggestion for the next version. It would be really great if the downloaded portion is kept in the hdd whenever the connection gets interrupted during the downloading process. More often than not it happens to me that I get to about 50% (sometimes 90 something %) and then I have to restart it again from 0%...

I tried to use --keep-fragments but it didn't work as a I thought it would. It still went back to 0% after dropping the connection.

--keep-fragments only keep the old files after it finish downloading

I'll already in the process of making resuming download, but it still haven't finished yet and I don't have any ETA when it will be done.

Alright man
