How do I use AbemaTV downloader?

Hello, I'm new. Is this the right place to ask? Lol. XD

How do I use this? I've noticed there's no user interface, exe or whatsoever. What is pip install yuu, pycryptodome and tqdm?

Step by step guide starting from installation would be great! Thanks for everything!
