[Request] Readd Twitcasting and Twitter Spaces support

Explanation Twitcasting feature are available on previous version, it is removed from v3 for now since I need to reimplement it. For Twitter spcaces, I would try to implement it properly I guess?

Current Implementation None, and check version 2
