List flags on song cards

Provided a reference for song and chart level flags on cards in a drawing to aid in recognizing issues in card draws (e.g. accidental inclusion of unlockable charts)

This could be done with unique icons for each possible flag that all display at once (and reused in the settings toggles for those flags) or an icon that signifies the presence of one or more flags with a tooltip that simply lists them out
