Sublime Text 3 support

Support for Sublime Text 3 would be awesome :)

@noahcoad I know the read says this has ST3 support. I installed through package control and I see the option in the context menu. However it's grayed out and disabled

I'm wondering if package control maybe installed the version for ST2 or somthing?

I have the same issue with a grayed out option. Im on Sublime build 3059
