Adding Lakka would be possible

Hi. What one could add would be Lakka. It's a version of Retroarch with L4T, but the zil file just needs to be unpacked onto the SD card without having to partition the card again. https://nightly.builds.lakka.tv/latest/Switch.aarch64/

~500M is a lot to distribute through SDSetup. I'll experiment with adding it with the rewrite but it probably won't happen.
