Why are you suggesting to use a 64GB sd?

More GB implies more space to store games, but Atmosphere only accepts a fat32 format sd, that are compatible with cards up to 32GB, so a sd with more capacity than that, is not compatible with the hacking process.

what? I'm using a 400GB SD card in my switch right now and it is fat32 formatted

Also the ExFat driver on the switch is horribly made and will corrupt some of your files at random
