Add systemd-boot

Seems to be required at least for Debian 12 presently or mortar gives errors (unfortunately did not log them, will try to get them when I provision another one for evaluation)

Hey @koivunen seems I might have taken a roundabout way to resolving this by adding systemd-boot-efi instead, could you see if this package also remediates your issue?
