Item discovery function is non-functional

Describe the bug Item discovery function is non-functional. All forms of item discovery are non-functional in current version of Auto-Tune. Server and Player do not update, and no players are able to sell any items.

Steps To Reproduce Install plugin Start server Acquire any item by any means Attempt to sell item Item has not been discovered and cannot be sold

Expected behavior After item has been seen in inventory by plugin player should be able to sell item to shop

Temp fix: (quoted from the discord, worked for me):

"It might be called data.db, either way find that file and delete it, the configs are only run once and then not again because you have the database file so it just loads the database, if you delete the database then it has to get regenerated by running the config to get the default values, set collect first to none as it doesn’t work and then delete the database file and then run the server and you’ll find that everything works"
