Add "Do Nothing" as a button option [enhancement]

Description

Under Buttons, add "Do Nothing" as a dropdown option for a given button configuration (ex: Button 4 --> Click).

Rationale

I had to switch to a vertical mouse to support my wrist. Work provided me with a mouse that works, but it has a Button 4 that I accidentally hit all the time. I'm using Mac Mouse Fix to "disable" the button.

Currently, since there is no "Do Nothing", I have it pressing a nonsense keyboard shortcut instead. 😜

You can alternatively just remove it by clicking the minus sign.

Removing it doesn't seem to still capture the button. 😉 My goal is explicitly for Mac Mouse Fix to capture the button and then to do nothing with it.
