Reverse direction of individual scroll wheels (vertical / horizontal) [enhancement]

Description

On the Mx Master 3s it has 2 scroll wheels, if you enable 'reverse direction' to fix the vertical scroll direction it makes the horizontal scroll the wrong way. Would be nice to have a distinction between axis.

Rationale

This solves the problem of fixing the scroll direction for 1 axis but messing it up for the other.

I think most users of this mouse would also enable this.

I've found that enabling/disabling reverse scrolling doesn't affect the horizontal scroll at all (on MX Master 3S) - would be good to have a second checkbox for it!
