Add support for mouse wheel tilt [enhancement]

Description

Some mice have three buttons on the mouse wheel: press down (the normal Mouse Button 3), and two additional side buttons, that get triggered if you press the wheel to the left or to the right. For example, USB Overdrive calls them "Pan Down" for tilting to the left and "Pan Up" for tilting to the right.

Would it be possible to add support for these buttons? In the current version (2.2.0), the button selector doesn't recognize these inputs.

Rationale

This feature would be helpful as some mice have extra buttons on the wheel that currently can't be used with this app. You could assign 3 different functions to the mouse wheel depending on how you press it, for example triggering horizontal scrolling or other actions.

I used a combination of the Logitech GHUB software and bettertouchtool to enable the mouse wheel tilt buttons. Mapped them to switch between spaces. It was a superb productivity hack. Adding this would make Mac Mouse Fix perfect 😍
