App-specific middle-button settings [enhancement]

For some apps, alternative middle-button settings could be very useful.

For instance, I like my middle button used in "click and drag" mode for mission control & space, but this messes with the Miro app, where middle button dragging is used for navigation around the sticky note board. Would be nice if I could replace the Mac Mouse Fix setting with the default Miro behavior.

I like this feature also very much. For me it conflicts with vscode if I want to quick select text for multi cursor edit or to navigate around in an draw.io drawing. I think a App-specific middle-button setting would be the best approach.

Same here, for Autodesk Fusion 360 the middle button is essential. If i want to use is, i have to turn off all the cool stuff that would be possible with mac mouse fix.
