Add Apps / Conditions filter [enhancement]

Description

It would be nice to be able to select conditions to disable Mac Mouse Fix.

Rationale

I would like to see a panel where I can manually Add and Remove Apps upon which I could disable certain features like Scrolling and Middle Mouse Click, for example.

It would be very helpful when there are some Apps that don't play well with Mac Mouse Mix.
