Keep working on the "parser" project...

  1. Document this: https://github.com/nnstreamer/nnstreamer/pull/3270#issue-643787480
  2. Write pbtxt-->gstpipe parser. (gstpipe-->pbtxt is already completed)
  3. Write a script (or fork from another) that connects a web UI pbtxt-pipeline-WYSIWYG editor to gstpipe
