Support Out-Of-PR Killer to control an Android build module

We added the Android build module to support Android software stack as well as Ubuntu, Tizen, and Yocto. The new module, Android build module is running normally after completing the aging test.

Now, We need to support Out-Of-PR killer for handling the Android build module.
