Feature request: per RSS interval setting

Some of my RSS sources update very frequently, while some other ones don't, a half hour interval might not be fast enough for the former while a 3 hours interval already seems unnecessary for the later.

I'm thinking about running multiple instances but I don't see a -c <config file> argument at least from README.
