This sounds like an issue with `WKWebView`.
Is this just scrolled out of view?

If you toggle the source view, it seems iOS is inserting smart quotes. Not sure why, don't have a chance to investigate.
Only iOS 12? Or iOS 13 also?
I just tested iOS 12 in the simulator and it is working fine for me. If you have specific details I can investigate.
