Change the size of the text editor.

I am using this view controller but I want to include more elements on it. So, I want to decrease the size of the area in which the user types. How can I decrease it? I am using Swift 3.

@PanagiotisVakalis : Do you get any solution?, I am also looking for the same thing, want to insert some other views in viewcontroller, so want to minimize the text editor size. Let me know if you get any solution for this.
