how to reset fixtop?

Thanks for Fixtop. I am facing an issue and any help/suggestion is appreciated. Whenever, something gets dynamically added or remove from the page, Fixtops offset is not refreshed. Is there anyway to reset this? I tried calling fixtop() again after the elements were added or removed but that did not help. Any suggestions?
