module not pip-installable

hi! It would be very handy if this package was pip-installable with python -m pip install git+https://github.com/nmwsharp/neural-implicit-queries.git, which as far as I can tell is not possible with the current structure

From what I can tell what's missing is a setup.py file and a neural_implicit_queries (or maybe spelunking?) module folder inside src. If this sounds reasonable I'd be happy to submit a PR eg mimicking the setup file from https://github.com/nmwsharp/robust-laplacians-py/blob/master/setup.py (without the cmake-related functions)
