[RFE] Add support for VRF

Request for Enhancement:

Currently Kubernetes-nmstate does not support creation of VRF which is already supported by nmstate See nmstate API

The ask is to add support to VRFs to Kubernetes-nmstate to be able to handle overlapping IPs and isolated Layer3 from host level namespace.
