Creation of easy delivery notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The support team of ERZNET at the time needs to write delivery notes manually (by paper/hand) for customer purchasing a modem or similar hardware products.

Describe the solution you'd like For Q2 2020 we want (MUST) to digitalize this process by NMS Prime. For this purpose a easy solution is suggested. For the support team it should be possible to simply click on a button (e.g. "Print delivery note") under Contract / Items panel and select the required products to be listed at the delivery note. Afterwards there should be a PDF printed in which the quantity, product and date MUST be printed. There is no need to print a pricing in delivery note. This will be automatically done by invoicing system later. It's a simple paper to assure the customer has received their products. If possible this PDF could be attached to the Item Panel, to show the support team, that a official delivery has already been done.

The solution will be perfect, if new delivery notes are simply added as a list at Contract / Item Panel and if the support guys can delete a delivery note from the list manually (e.g. to recreate a wrong delivery).

The feature should be disabled by default. I would suggest to use either a

1. enviroment statement /etc/nmsprime/env .. file statement, or
2. a global config database statement to enable the feature manually.
