add a mostly generic concept to add printable PDF files (like contract info) for generic usage, like printing a info for

• activating tariff (Itme),
• phonenumber activating,
• IP / Hostname (Endpoint) informations,
• order info / "Auftragsbestätigung" – could be the same like connection info?,
• changing tariff / "Tarifwechel"
• contract affirmation

Use blade syntax to create tex files. Parse file.log of pdflatex to give hints where an error comes from.
