Info about CVBS inputs and outputs ?

Hi, I am evaluating the possibility to make an inexpensive oscilloscope, logic analyzer and signal generator based on Allwinner F1C100s or T113-S3. Unfortunately the information is quite limited, but it seems you have done some research for F1C100s CVBS inputs and output ? Wondered if the integrated high-speed ADCs and DAC can be used as standard ADCs and DAC ? As well as what maximum frequency can be achieved ?
