how to create regular non root user after installation?

Please, how can I create The regular non root user? I know, that Proot is giving only system The feelings that user has root privileges, but some app behaviour differs if user is logged as Root or as A user without root privileges. I would like to have also all necessary folders copyed so it would be really non root user with all files which apps would need. adduser janusz is enought? Or do I had to type other commands?

You can see here for my debian-based solution on the matter - you will also need to port the dangling termux UIDs into the chroot env.
