improve training performance?

Hi. thanks for sharing the wonderful code. I just have one question regarding the training. Is there anyway to improve the training speed? I use the default training patch size but basically the gpu is idle all time and cpu too. Each 1000 step use around 1.5 hour. Any way to use up all the gpu cores? thanks
