Which version of wavebox are you using? Because there was a fix in 10.0.29 about not being able to remove the dashboard. https://blog.wavebox.io/version-10-0-29/

Usually when this happens to me, I have cleared the expired accounts and tried using wavebox again. If you want you can check this under: Settings > General > Data...
