[Enhance] URL rewrite policy

Hi @nmasse-itix , it would be nice to add url policy rewrites to match with microcks routes like:

Original Spec: GET /beer/{name}

Microcks Routes: <microcksHost>/rest/<Catalog Name>//beer/{name}

If you want to expose it trough APICast the spec doesn't match with microcks routes.
