Turkish Translation of the Nmap Documentation

Hello Nmap Team,

I have completed the Turkish translation of the Nmap documentation and would like to contribute it to the project. I believe this translation will help the Turkish-speaking cybersecurity community better understand and use Nmap, especially for educational and professional purposes.

Would you be open to accepting this translation as a contribution and hosting it in the repository?

If this is for the Nmap documentation, rather than the Npcap documentation, this issue probably belongs in the Nmap issue list rather than the Npcap issue list.

(And, given that this is GitHub, and that both Nmap and Npcap are repositories belonging to Nmap, it may be possible for Npcap maintainers to move it to the Nmap issue list - I've moved issues between the tcpdump and libpcap issue lists.)

Also, Wireshark keeps its Qt translation files in Transifex, at https://explore.transifex.com/wireshark/wireshark/; explore.transifex.com is their hub for open source projects. I'm not sure whether there's any "Transifex for Dummies" guide to putting localizations into Transifex, but it might be worth looking into if there's an interest in translations of the Nmap documentation into multiple languag
