npcap breaks wireshark

i am running windows 11 and tried npcap (1.71, 1.70, 1.60, 1.55, and 1.50) and with every version i tried, wireshark shows "no interfaces." when i tried using winpcap with npcap installed, i also got the "no interfaces" issue. when i completely uninstalled npcap and only had winpcap (4.1.3) installed on my device, wireshark (4.0.1) finally sees my interfaces. nmap works with winpcap with limited functionality.

a variety of switches do not function with the unsupported winpcap

I'm running vNext(25267.1000), Wireshark works fine with npcap 0.98.

In W11 I have same problem of crptpj! Now I'm working with a Wireshark version of 2012 and WinPcap.
