Unknown error! 80070005 Npcap LWF driver has failed to be installed. Failed to create the npcap service for Win7, Win8 and Win10: 0x80070005

Windows 10 Pro - 64 Bit, German, WireShark latest Installer, works not with 1.55 and 1.60 too

That looks as if it's mapped from a Windows error code; if so, the error code is ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.
