Percentage labels

Thank you for the wonderful and useful library. When using plot_percentage=False option, some labels are to 4 decimal points, which takes up too much space. Is there a way to control the number of decimal points shown in the percentages?

Hi! Yes, it's possible to do that (I added it in #44), but it's not well documented. Here's an example of how to do it.
