Intermittent issues restoring from Tray

I am using Windows 10, after thunderbird is minimized to tray, when I double click the icon it does not restore window. Issue happens sometimes, other times it is OK. I am not sure whether it is related to Windows 10, as I changed computers, previous one was Windows 7 and it was working. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not resolve. Please help
