*Some* issues that may cause this are supposed to be fixed in the 3.0 Nightly builds for now. For other users the actual reasons for this happening are still unclear...
Also, please file new issues and provide a log. Because such errors as this one are unlikely produced by a single issue. New issues with logs(!) are far more helpful...
