Add option to read sentence.bpe.model from local folder

Even if I give the local model path that resembles the model name identically (no path prefixes i.e. it is simply "xlm-roberta-base" for example) for the embedding argument, it is not recognized. I've made a quick fix. I am not sure if it is the right step but it certainly helped me.
