Bioconda integration

Dear Netanel,

We are trying to get your software into Bioconda. However, we encountered an issue: the last release, version 0.2.2, is from July of last year, while the current main branch was updated just two weeks ago.

We ran into compile issues with the latest release that are not present when we use the main branch. Would it be possible for you to make a new release?

Additionally, when installing via python -m pip install ., it tries to use Poetry, which fails. We've noticed that the Poetry definitions are not up to date; for example, the version numbering of WGBS tools is at 0.1.0, while the release is 0.2.2.

Also, the license for the software is unclear. Could you please confirm if this is open source?
