paired test for find_markers

Thank you for this nice software package! I was looking into the find_markers functionality, which allows to define specified comparisons between two groups of samples via the targets and background options. If I'm not mistaken, at the moment it seems that for this type of comparison an un-paired t-test is the only option. I was wondering if it could be possible to extend the functionality to allow for paired t-tests, since this is a fairly common scenario. For example, one may have a group of individulas and WGBS data from two different cell types for each such individual and may desired to find DMR between the two cell types. Thanks, Elisabetta
